FUNERAL SERVICES: Friday, May 23, 1986 at 10:30 A.M. from the
First Reformed Church of Sioux Center, Iowa.
Burial: Memory Gardens Cemetery - Sioux Center, Iowa
Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerrit Schuiteman, was born October 7, 1895 at Sioux Center, Iowa. She lived her youth on a farm near Sioux Center and attended a rural school in the area.
She was united in marriage to William G. Hulstein, February 24, 1921, at Sioux Center, Iowa. They lived on a farm three miles north and one mile west of Sioux Center until 1954 when they moved into town. He passed away May 31. 1973.
She was a member of the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center, Iowa. and of the Ladies Guild for Christian Service. She also helped with Mission Work.
Mrs. Hulstein passed away May 20, 1986, at the age of ninety years, seven months and thirteen days.
She is survived by her children: Gerrit of Corral City, Texas: Harriet (Mrs. Elrich Vermeer) of Sioux Center, Iowa: Kenneth of Sioux Center, Iowa: Alverna (Mrs Paul Van Engelenhoven) of Orange City, Iowa: and Wilma (Mrs. Carl Vermeer) of Long Prairie, Minnesota: twenty grandchildren: twenty two great-grandchildren: and one great-great-grandchild:
three sisters: Allie (Mrs. Sam P. Schut), Henrietta Schuiteman,: and Priscilla (Mrs. Edwin J. Vermeer) all of Sioux Center, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William: one brother, John, one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
