Funeral services Arleigh C. Brown, 70, of Sioux Falls, SD, were held May 24 in First Reformed Church in Sioux Falls with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sioux Falls.He died Monday, May 22, 1989. Arleigh was born March 17, 1918 at Erwin, SD. He grew up there and attended school. On April 15, 1939, he married Jacoba Van Holland in Sioux Falls. The couple farmed in the Rock Rapids area until 1956 when they moved and farmed southwest of Sioux Falls until his retirement in 1980. Survivors include his wife; two sons; three daughters; his mother; 14 grandchildren, two great- grandchildren; three brothers, and one sister.
