Funeral services for Mrs.Beatrice De Jager,63,of Le Mars, who died Tuesday, August 4, at a Sioux City hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John's American Lutheran church at Le Mars. Rev. L.L. Belk officiated. Burial was in Memorial cemetery in Le Mars. Prayer services were held at 8:30 Thursday evening at the Luken Funeral home.

Mrs. De Jager, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kluter was born July 25, 1901, at Ireton. She married Edward De Jager in 1924 at Ireton.

She is survived by the widower;one son, Donald; five sisters, Mrs.Clarence Holtdorf and Mrs. H.M. Brown of Ireton, Mrs. Richard Prince of Sioux City, Mrs. Herman Leighter and Mrs. William Fischer of Areadia and Bellgarden, Calif.; four brothers Carl Kluter of Warsaw, MO., Ned of Chester, SD., Elmer of Whittier, Calif. and Louis of Ireton, and two granddaughter.
