Obituary: Thomas Francis Higgins, 71, died September 19, 2010 at his home in Sioux Falls, SD. Thomas was a long time farmer near Rock Valley, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ambrose and Leona (Ripperda) Higgins and his brother Robert Higgins. He is survived by his sisters, Judith Davis of North Carolina and Mary Golden of Oregon.Memorial Services will be Friday October 1, at 1:30pm at Porter Funeral Home in Rock Valley, IA. Burial of Urn at Saint Mary's Cemetery.
