MOTHER OF LOCAL WOMAN IS DEAD

Mrs. Wilhelmina Kinleyside of Sioux City, mother of Mrs. Ruth Gant of Hawarden, passed away last Friday evening [Oct. 1] at her home.

Mrs. Kinleyside was born at Killat, Germany, Nov. 15, 1863, and came to the United States and Sioux City when 18 years of age. She was married to David Kinleyside two years later. He died two years ago. Besides Mrs. Gant she is survived by Mrs. May Clark of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Bill Gant of Akron, Mrs. W. I. Hamlin of Sioux City and 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon and burial was in Floyd cemetery.
