Mrs. Marian Brunskill, 93, a resident of Hawarden 58 years, died at the Hawarden hospital Tuesday morning [Sept. 4]. Mrs. Brunskill had been in failing health for some time and had been at the hospital at various times.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon (Thursday) at the Associated church with Rev. T. A. Manson officiating. Interment will be in Grace Hill cemetery under the direction of the Frazier Funeral service.

Marian Elizabeth Diamond was born August 19, 1858, in London, England. She moved to Canada with her parents as a small child and later they moved to Le Mars. She married Sam Brunskill of Hawarden and three children were born to this union. Her husband and daughter, Mrs. J. H. C. Schoeneman, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, William Brunskill of Hawarden and George Brunskill of Murdo, S.D.; one sister, Mrs. Eva Thompson of Hawarden; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Mrs. Brunskill was a member of the Associated church.
