Michael, the son of P. L. Solan, of Rock Valley was killed at the bridge disaster at Louisville, KY., last week. A great iron bridge across the Ohio was almost finished when on of the spans fell into the river, killing 40 people, among whom was Michael Solan. He was 26 years of age and resided at Rock Valley until four years ago. He was a poplular hard working young man, and his parents have the sympathy of all. The body has not been found.
