Died. Mrs. William Stronks died last Sunday morning [March 11] of consumption, aged 22 years four months and some days, after an illness of ten months. Mrs. Stronks was a kind wife, a good woman and a faithful christian. She was a daughter of Wm. Bomgaards [i.e., Bomgaars] and beloved by all who knew her. Her death is a sad one, coming in the very prime of life and her afflicted husband and relatives have the sympathy of the entire community. The funeral occured[sic] on Tuesday from the Reformed church, Rev. J. F. Zwemer officiating.
