Mrs. Fisher died Wednesday morning at the home of her mother Mrs. P. DeGroot. Her death was caused by an operation (Ovarian Tumor) which was preformed Tuesday. The operation appeared to be getting along as well as could be expected, but the nervous shock proved too great and she passed quietly away. She leaves a husband and three children. (The Herald reported they lived 11 mi NE of Orange City. The exact identity of Mrs. Fisher was not found as the records for that period do not exist in the county death record or cemetery record.
