John Eppink, 70, of Rock Rapids, died Friday, July 17 in a Rock Rapids hospital. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the First Reformed Church at Sioux Center. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery at Sioux Center under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

Mr. Eppink was born May 15, 1911 in Sioux Center. He was a farmer most of his life.

Survivors include one brother, Herman of Washington, Ill.; four sisters, Wilemina and Henrietta, both of Sioux Center, Alice of Washington, D.C. and Mrs. Neal (Lydia) Mol of Fennville, Mich.
