Reuzella Klein (nee Vander Meulen) passed away Thursday night in Sioux City at the age of seventy three years. On September 9, 1931, in Rock Valley, she was united in marriage to Marion Klein who preceded her in death on December 30, 1974. To this union four children were born: Ronald Nelson of Maurice, Iowa: Lila Ann, Mrs. Henry Kiers, of Sheldon, Iowa; Joann Darlene, Mrs. Ernest Fedders, of Alton, Iowa: and Clyde Marlo of Des Moines, Iowa. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three sisters: Barbara Bottger of Bellflower, California; Margaret Muehlethaler of Bellflower California: and Leona, Mrs. Clarence Vande Weerd, of Orange City, Iowa. She was preceded in death by one sister and one
grandchild.
Mr. and Mrs. Klein had farmed in the Sioux Center area until 1939 when they moved to a farm near Maurice. She was a member of The First Reformed Church of Maurice. Her passing is mourned by by friends and relatives.
