Aletta Willemstyn, 77, of Middleburg, died Sunday at the Marian Health Center in Sioux City.

Aletta, daughter of Matt and Winnie (Moss) Roubos, was born May 9, 1917 in Sioux Center. She was married to William Willemstyn on August 20, 1941 in Middleburg. She was a member of Free Grace Reformed Church, the Women’s Circle, and the Senior Saints. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, and music. She is survived by her husband, William; daughter, Bonnie and her husband Edwin Verburg of Sheldon, Iowa; 3 grandchildren, Aletha and Harlan Hoogeterp, of Canton, South Dakota, Russ and Nora Verburg, of Middleburg, Iowa, Valerie and Keith Westrate of Minneapolis, MN; 4 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Theresa Visser of Sioux Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Connie and one son, Robert.
