Funeral services were held at Trinity Lutheran Church at Hawarden for Mrs. Martin Larson, 83, of Hawarden, who died at the Hawarden nursing home October 28.

Services were conducted by the Rev. O. F. Pittack and burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery.

The former Augusta Carlson was born at Beresford, S.D., August 16, 1889. Mr. Larson died in 1946 at Hawarden.

Survivors include two sons, Marvin of Omaha and Reuben of Burbank, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Murphy and Mrs. Ted Cysewski, both of Torrance, Calif., and Mrs. James Cain of Rapid City, S.D.; a brother, Carl Carlson, of Akron; 16 grandchilden and five great grandchildren.
