Mrs. Albert Manus of Freeport, Ill. passed away suddenly Tuesday afternoon at Rochester, Minn. where she had gone for medical aid. She is the former Kate Rowenhorst of Orange City and had been ill for two weeks with a liver ailment, before going to Rochester.
Mrs. Manus is survived by her husband, Attorney Albert Manus of Freeport, Ill., one son Attorney Albert Manus, Jr., who is with the FBI in the army. Other survivors include her mother, Mrs. M. Rowenhorst of Sioux Center; 3 sisters, Mrs. Stanley Livingston of Honolulu, Hawaii; Mrs. R. V. Gunn of East Lansing, Mich. and Mrs. Henry De Kraay of Sioux Center.
Mrs. H. De Kraay left this morning on the first train for Freeport, Ill to attend the funeral services.
