Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton at 10:30 A.M., December 4 for LeRoy "Bud" Mousel, 46, of Remsen, who died December 1 at the Orange City Hospital.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Mervin Hood and burial was in the church cemetery.

Mr. Mousel was born March 13, 1928, at Alton. He owned Bud's Tavern in Alton at the time of his passing. He was married to Geraldine Portz November 14, 1955, at Granville.

Survivors include the widow; three sons, Tim, Terry and Keith, all at home, a daughter, Suzanne, at home; two brothers, Ray of Mankato, Minn.; and Clarence of Alton; and six sisters, Mrs. Otto (Irent) Pottebaum of Alton, Mrs. Tony (Evelyn) Ney of Primghar, Mrs. Kenneth (Elvira) Arens of Remsen, Mrs. Lyle (Frances Mae) Homan of LeMars, Mrs. LeRoy (Pearl) Jenness of Cherokee.
