Mrs.Anna Kock Dies at Le Mars

Funeral services for Mrs.Anna Kock,70, mother of Gerhard Kock of Ireton who died at a Le Mars hospital Monday, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon Thursday at St. John American Lutheran church. Rev. Robert Floy will officiate and burial will be at La Mars cemetery.

Mrs.Kock a lifelong Plymouth county resident had been ill since last June. She was born April 16,1890 near Le Mars. On May 29, 1910 she married Ulrich Kock at Elk Point, SD. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a Gold Star mother.

Survivors include three sons, Clarence of Le Mars, Gerhard of Ireton and John in the Army in Germany, three daughters Mrs.Bernard Pecks and Mrs.George Lee, both of Le Mars and Mrs.William Janssen of Wilmar, Minn., three brothers, John and Henry Lubben, both of Le Mars and Gerd Lubben of Fergus Falls, Minn., a sister Mrs.Siebel Harms of Le Mars, and 12 grandchildren.
