Former Resident Of Hawarden Dies

Word was received by Lettie Storts of the death of her brother, John Storts,89, at Madison, Wis.,April 25, Burial was following Saturday at Redwood Falls, Minn.

Mr. Storts was a long time resident of this area, having been born January 25, 1873, in Union county, SD. He lived in Hawarden many years when in the ice business with Jess Vearrier. He married Effie Lester who survives. Also surviving are five children, Helen,Bernice,Evelyn,Charles and Earl, and the one sister, Lettie, who ia the last remaining of the 11 Storts children in the family.
