Muehlethaler services held here Monday

Funeral service for Albert Muehlethaler,54,who died Friday after two month illness were held at 1:45 p.m. Monday at the Vander Ploeg Funeral home and at 2 p.m. at the Rock Valley Methodist church. With burial at Rock Valley

Mr. Muehlethaler was born June 3,1906 on a farm near Rock Valley and lived his life in the area. He married Margaret Vander Meulen of Rock Valley, February 22, 1944. He worked the 14 years for the Kooima Machine Works, Inc and was a member of the Rock Valley fire department.

Survivors include the widow; one brother, William of Long Beach Calif.,and four sisters, Miss Clara Muehlethaler of Elgin, IA.,Miss Amelia Muehlethaler of Rock Valley, Mrs. Herman Zimmerman of Rock Rock Valley and Mrs.Ernest Christen of Elgin, IA.
