ALLIE R. DE JONG
HOSPERS, Iowa - Allie Rae De Jong, 3-week-old daughter of Scott and Erica De Jong of Hospers, IA., passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Orange City Municipal Hospital.
Memorial services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Christian Reformed Church in Orange City, Iowa, with the Rev. David Heilman officiating. Burial will be prior to the service Saturday in Hospers Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City, IA.
Allie was born Feb. 10, 2004, in Orange City, IA.,. She was a baptized member of Calvary Christian Reformed Church.
Survivors include her parents, Scott Roy and Erica Rae (Eason) De Jong of Hospers, IA.; a brother, Zachary at home; a sister, Brooke at home; grandparents, Glenn and Jacqueline De Jong of Alton, Iowa, and Ernest and Dawn Eason of Orange City; great-grandparents, Harriet De Jong of Grand Rapids, Mich., Wayne and Betty Eason of Orange City and Arnold and Mable Meister of Le Mars, Iowa; and great-great-grandmothers, Johanna Venema of Orange City and Helen Elving of Le Mars.

Cause of death was: She was born with a rare brain development disorder, holoprosencephaly.
