Mr. Larry Kroon was born at Orange City Ia to Louis and Tena Kroon on July 27, 1950. The Lord took him Home on May 17, 1991. On June 3, 1979 he was united in marriage to Barbara Kreykes. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Scott and Tina, his father Louis and stepmother Christine of Rock Rapids, his brother John of Sheldon, his sister Gladys Arends of Slayton, MN;his stepsister Betty Bouma of Luverne MN, stepbrothers Gilbert and Bob Vanden Top.
He was actively involved in Christ's service as a former deacon of Hospers Christian Ref Church and served on the Hospers Christian School board. He enjoyed mechanics and owned his own repair business in Hospers from 1979 until his illness in 1985.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tena, his grandparents and a nephew Butch Arends.
