Frank W. Hulsart, 59, former superintendent of Maurice-Orange City Community School District, died unexpectedly Friday, February 23, in the Orange City hospital.

Services were at 10 A.M. Monday in Trinity Reformed Church at Orange City. The Rev. Henry Elgersma officiated. Burial was in Northlawn Memory Garden Cemetery at Iowa Falls under the direction of the Van Gelder Funeral Home of Orange City.

Mr. Hulsart was superintendent of the Maurice-Orange City Community School District from 1963 until 1977. He presently was employed as a data processing consultant for the Area IV Education Agency. He was superintendent of schools at Glidden before coming to the Maurice-Orange City School District.

He was born January 18, 1920, at Point Pleasant, New Jersey. He marred Opal Fiscus June 1, 1942, at Parker, South Dakota.

Mr. Hulsart was a member and an elder of Dover Alliance Church and a Gideon. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Lions Club and the National Education Association.

Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Carol of Orange City; a son, David of San Leandro, California, and a brother Clifford of St. Petersburg, Florida.
