Klass (Klaas) Van Diepen infant son was intered at the cemetery Thursday
(Found a child of Klaas Van Diepen in the Sioux County Death records died Feb 19, 1890, but that child was listed as Anneke a female, 2 months old. So it can be assumed the child was a girl instead of a boy? The Volksvriend paper of Orange City stated a child of Klaas Van Diepen died Feb 18, 1890. Not much could be found on Klaas Van Diepen other than he was noted to be from the Sheldon area years later. His wife could have been Mary or Marie Ver Doorn as found in the 1925 census.
