From the Hawarden Independent of Aug 12, 1891
A. Hollander, living near Sioux Center, duicided last week by hanging himself. The only reason give for this act is that his wife left him not long since, and in our judgement, that is reason enough.
(The submitter could not find any reference to this A. Hollander living in Sioux county during this time period. He is not in the cemetery index, the 1880 and 1885 census. If anyone has information on him please contact our page coordinator)
