Hull, Iowa - Louis F. Sohl, 71, of Hull, died June 1 in a Sioux Center hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Services were held at 2 P.M., June 3 in St. Paul Lutheran Church. The Rev. Lyle Blaede officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery with the Kraai Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Sohl was born Sept. 5, 1904, in Brooklyn, N.Y. He married Martha Hinsch.

Mrs. Sohl died in April of 1975. Mr. Sohl was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Hull, which he served many years as secretary-treasurer. He had been employed by Moz-All Manufacturing of Hull.

Survivors include a son, Orville of Sioux City; a daughter, Mrs. Vernon (Marlys) Westphal of Hull; six grandchildren; a great grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. Martin (Alma) Woelber of Sheldon and Mrs. Alfred (Martha) Riebeling of Ashton.
