Orange City-Frank B. Vander Zwaag, 63, of Orange City, died July 15 in an Orange City hospital of a brief illness.

Services were held at 10 A.M., July 19 in the First Reformed Church. The Rev. Perry Raak and the Rev. Frank Snutjer officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery with the Van Gelder Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Vander Zwaag was born Dec. 3, 1912, in Orange City. He married Alice Doppenberg, Dec. 16, 1936, in Orange City. Mr. Vander Zwaag was owner and operator of Frank's Shoe Shop the last 22 years. He was a member of the First Reformed Church and the Orange City Chamber of Commerce.

Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Ethan (Anna Beth) Vermeer of Orange City and Mrs. Ronald (Carol) Vander Meide of Cedar Falls; a son, Alan of Orange City; two brothers, Jurry of Boyden and Elmer of Orange City; two sisters, Mrs. Bert (Ellen) Keizer and Mrs. Henry W. (Anna) Muilenburg, both of Orange City; and five grandchildren.
