Mr. Jake Kramer, son of Fred and Cornelia (Dykstra) Kramer, was born on September 8, 1917, at Sibley, Iowa. He lived in the rural Sheldon area for many years.On November 21, 1910. He was united in marriage to Arlene Uittenbogaard at Hospers. Together they farmed in the Hospers vicinity until they moved to Hospers in 1968 .
Jake was a long time member of the First Christian Reformed Church of Hospers.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, (Judy) Mrs. John Solsma, Hospers and Luann Kramer of Jacksonville, Florida: two sons. Dale (Butch) and Fred, both of Hospers: ten grandchildren: two brothers. Henrv and Cornie, both of Racine. Wisconsin: one sister, (Dorothy) Mrs. George Venema of Delevan, WI.
