Orange City--William T. Schutt, 61, Sioux Center, died Sunday at the Sioux Center hospital after a lengthy illness.
Services were at l0 a.m. Tuesday at the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center with the Rev. Thurman Rynbrandt officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens, Sioux Center, under direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home.
Mr. Schutt was born May 1, 1916 in Sioux Center. He married Alice Muilenburg Feb. 21, l945, in Sioux Center.
He was employed as a laborer for the Mutual Telephone Co. of Sioux Center.
Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Allen (Sheri) Cady of Midwest, Okla., and Mrs. Alfred (Carol) Johnson of Ames; three sisters, Mrs. Fred (Fannie) Cleveringa and Mrs. Ted (Alice) Kaemingk both of Sioux Center, and Mrs. Melvin (Harriet) Borgman of Santa Maria, Calif., and two grandchildren.
