Orange City -- Sheila Ann Foreman, 23 months, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Foreman, Orange City, was dead on arrival last Monday at a Sioux City hospital.

Services were at 10 a.m. Thursday in Calvary Christian Reformed Church, Orange City, with the Rev. Garret Doctor officiating. Burial was in West Law Cemetery under direction of the Van Gelder Funeral Home.

Sheila was born June 4, 1976, at Orange City.

Survivors in addition to the parents, include a sister, Shawn Renae; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Rens and Mr. and Mrs. John Foreman, of Orange City; and her great-grandparents, Mrs. Tim Rens, and Mr. and Mrs. Pier Wiersma, all of Orange City, and Mr. and Mrs. Tunis Willemstyn of Jenison, Michigan.
