GEORGE--Mrs. Alta Renken, 91, of George died Wednesday at a Rock Rapids hospital of Long Illness.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Zoar Presbyterian Church, rural George. The Rev. Frank Elliott officated. Burial was in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Vogelaar and Bolin Funeral Home.

Mrs.Renken, the former Alta Bonk was born Aug.28, 1886. She married Henry Renken in 1905 at rural George. He died Dec 31, 1945

Survivors include two sons John of Sibley and Fred of George; three duaghters, Mrs.(Anna) Wilman and Mrs. Albert (Rose)Heronimous, both of Little Rock and Mrs. Bill(Viola) Harms of George; 22 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren
