HULL--Mrs.Francis D, Paulsen, 55, pf Mundelein, IL., a former Hull resident died Thursday at the Great Lake Naval Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Service were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the American Reformed Church, Hull. The Rev. Henry Vermeer officiated. Burial was in Hope Cemetery, Hull, with the Kraai Funeral Home, Hull, in charge

Mrs.Paulsen, the former Helen VanBatavia, was born Aug.25,1922 in Hull. She was married in Las Vegas, They had live in Mundelein since 1962, when her husband retired from the Navy. She was a registered nurse, working in Hull and Milwaukee, and was a member of the order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include the Widower; a daughter Mrs.Charles (Robin) Bock of Bettendorf; two grandchildren, and a brother Roger VanBatavia of Mount Vernon, Wash.
