Obituary: Mrs. George (Jennie) Snieder, 84, of Sioux Center, died Sunday, December 20 in a hospital at Worthington, Minnesota. Services were at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday in the Bethal Christian Reformed Church at Sioux Center. The Rev. Duane Tinkleberg officiating. Burial we in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family visitation was from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home. Mrs. Snieder, the former Jennie Bonnema, was born December 26, 1896, in Chicago, Illinois. She attended the Roseland Christian School in Chicago. She married George Snieder April 6, 1921, at Ireton. They moved to Sioux Center in 1945 and had lived with their daughter in Worthington since last August. Survivors include her husband; one son, Bernard of Grandville, Michigan; three daughters, Mrs. George (Evelyn) Drost of Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs. John (Helen Jean) Schaap of Worthington and Mrs. Lloyd (Vivian) Ebbers of Oostburg, Wisconsin; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
