Hobbies/Interests: enjoyed walking, singing, watching and attending sporting events, particularly if his grandchildren were involved. His other hobbies included playing cards and pool, attending and assisting at corn memorabilia exhibits with his son-in-law, Steve, and taking baseball trips with his sons. He also announced baseball games and coached the youth baseball teams. Leland liked making trips to the sale barn/stockyards, and to the dog/horse races.
