KENNETH THOMAS KIMMEN, 80, of Elk Horn, died Fri., June 15th, at the Salem Lutheran Home in Elk Horn. A Mass of Christian Burial service for KENNETH KIMMEN will be held 11-a.m. Tue., June 19th, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 2-9pm Mon., June 18th, with a Wake service at 7-pm.

Burial will be in the Harlan Cemetery.

KENNETH KIMMEN is survived by:
His Special Friend – Ruth Lambertson, of Harlan;
His daughter – Cindy (Curt) Scheffler, of Harlan;
His son – Keith Kimmen, of Harlan;
His brothers – Ray (Ellen) Kimmen, of Hastings, MN; Mike (Judy) Kimmen, of Defiance; Al (Gail) Kimmen, of Isabella, MO., & Larry (Betty) Kimmen, of Dunlap, IA;
His sisters – Ramona (Gene) Case, of Manning, & Bonnie (Chuck) Jacobs, of Harlan;
His daughter-in-law: Denise Kimmen, of Harlan;
4 grandchildren, & 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for 80 year old Kenneth Thomas Kimmen of Harlan will be held at 11am on Tuesday, June 19th at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Harlan. Interment will be held in the Harlan cemetery. Kenneth Kimmen passed away on Friday, June 15th. Survivors include his special friend: Ruth Lambertsen; 1 daughter: Cindy (Curt) Scheffler; 1 son: Keith Kimmen, all of Harlan; 2 sisters: Ramona (Gene) Case of Manning; Bonnie (Chuck) Jacobs of Harlan; 4 brothers: Ray (Ellen) Kimmen of Hastings, MN; Mike (Judy) Kimmen of Defiance; Al (Gail) Kimmen of Isabella, MO; and Larry (Betty) Kimmen of Dunlap; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandsons. Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements where visitation will be held from 2pm to 9pm on Monday, June 18th with a wake service at 7pm.
