Sorry for the very late response, Dick. There is no hospital archivist, to my knowledge. That was a state run hospital in Chicago and finding information about any of its patients is nearly impossible. A long time ago I was able to contact someone within the state archives and she told me all records from that hospital were destroyed long ago....
