Cinaders of Davenport, Ia

CINADER CINADR BECAME SNYDER WHEN THEY WENT TO CHICAGO

I'm trying to find death records on my gr grandparents, Frank & Kate (Hollub) Cinader. They immigrated to Davenport between 1851-1856 and then moved to Chicago around 1897. They had 11 children, however only 5 lived to adulthood. They were members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Davenport and had their children baptized there. I have found some of the baptismal records. But I have found no death records and would like to know where the children are buried. I've called all the local cemeteries, but because their name was spelled as "Jenedar" in some of St. Joe's records (the priest wrote in the German script), I haven't been able to find but one of their children.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated. I've been to the Davenport Library & even personally looked through St. Joseph records.

Thanks.
