Wilkinson Family 1853-1869

Looking for information on the George (b England 1825) and Sarah Kingsley Wilkinson family; Charles Wilkinson (born England 1832); and the Richard (b England 1831) Richards and Isabella McCard Richards (b PA in 1838) family.

The Wilkinsons immigrated in 1853 from England. The Wilkinsons and Richards lived next door to each other in the 1860 census. Charles and Isabella eventually married after the Richards' divorced. Are there divorce records available in Scott County about 1861-1863?

George and Sarah had a daughter, Mary (b England in 1849-1851). Mary was listed as 11 in the 1860 Scott census. She is not with the family in the 1870 census in Council Bluffs. Did she marry before 1870 in Scott County?

Also looking for a birth of a son (William) to Isabella in 1861 in Scott County. Was the father Richard Richards or Charles Wilkinson? I have some court records in 1862 wherein Richard apparently assaulted Isabella and threatened to kill her. I wonder if there are any newspaper articles available that might mention this incident about August 1862. The complaint of Isabell Richards was filed August 7th 1862.
