searching for birth/adoption records for grandparent

Olga Hoyer and Martha Hoyer as well as two brothers, lost their parents between 1880 and 1885 as a result of a typhoid or cholera epidemic. The boys, one of whom was Richard, were taken in by family. The girls were both adopted by Emilie and Carl Rochow of Rock Island, Illinois. Olga was born around 1878, attended Augustiana College, married Arthur Kahlke in 1901, and they moved to Seattle. I am trying to find the adoption record for Olga and also the names/death records of their birth parents.
