Ward A. Sajak, 68, of Rock Island, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022 at his home.
Services are pending at Rafferty Funeral Home, Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family.
Ward was born June 6, 1953 in Rock Island, the son of Fred and Shirley (West) Sajak. He married Shirley Welch in 1989 in Rock Island.
Ward retired from John Deere Davenport Works.
Ward was a member of St. Mary’s Church, Rock Island. He enjoyed going to concerts, country music, blues music. He was an avid Cubs and Bears fan and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Angela Boring, Jessica Sajak, Jennifer Sajak and Nicole Sajak, Rock Island; grandchildren, Easton, Evon, Tiereney, Tommy; sisters, Jill (Terry) Mewes, Milan, and Mary Sajak, Rock Island, and brother-in-law Terrry Staley. He was preceded in death by brother, Jim Sajak.
