Isiah Keith Jr., 64, of East Moline, died Monday, May 23, 2022 at home. Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday, May 31st, 2022 at the Knox Chapel of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, 2106 7th Avenue, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Tuesday, May 31st at the Knox Chapel. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made in care of the family.

Isiah was born in Hammond, Louisiana on November 3, 1957, a son of Isiah Keith and Eunice Pitts. He married Linda Sims on September 25, 1981 in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Isiah’s love for cars was expressed in his career as an auto technician for Sears Automotive where he worked for 37 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and everything outdoors. He was a grill master and enjoyed playing cards, accompanied by a glass of Crown Royal. Isiah was a loyal Chicago Bears fan. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 40 years, Linda Sims-Keith, East Moline; children, Tannishia (Manuel) Garcia, Davenport, Isiah Keith III, Hammond, La., Darry Sibley, Davenport, William (Dezerae) Smith Jr., Rock Island, Sandra Keith, Minneapolis, Minn., Brittany (David) Keith-Hall, Indianapolis, IN. and Jerome Keith, Hammond, La.; 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Lena (Eugene) Neal, Hammond, La., Thelma (Joe) Nichols, Greensburg, La., Bryan Watkins, Hammond, La. and Johnny Watkins Jr., Jackson, Miss., and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Isiah Keith, John Watkins and Eunice Pitts-Watkins, daughter, Keisha Maryland; siblings, Bernice Washington, Linda Faye Watkins and Johnny Ray Watkins, and great-grandson, Mikko Horton.
