Jeffrey R. Conway, 34, Davenport, died Thursday, March 20, 1997, at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus, Davenport.

Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Davenport. Burial is in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Davenport.

Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. today at Halligan-McCabe Funeral Home, Davenport, with a rosary recited at 7:30.

Memorials may be made to St. Anthony's Care and Share Program.

Mr. Conway was born Jan. 9, 1963, in Quebec, Canada, the son of Edward F. and Betty Scieszinski Conway.

He was a 1981 graduate of Castle High School, Newburgh, Ind., where he had been active in sports and was the pitcher on the baseball team.

Survivors include a daughter, Amanda Conway, a son, Brett Conway, both of Davenport; and his mother, Betty J. Conway, Davenport.

NOTE: Jeffrey R. Conway (1963 - 1997), adopted son of Edward Francis Conway, Jr. (1926 - 1995) and Elizabeth Regina "Betty" (Scieszinski) Conway.
