BETTENDORF-Diane T. Madesian, 43, of Bettendorf, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 2, 2021 in Davenport.

A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2021 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services on Friday at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded and burial will follow at Davenport Memorial Park. The family is requesting casual attire be worn, especially Cubs attire. Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.

Diane was born October 26, 1977 in Davenport, the daughter of Arthur and Karen (Kipling) Madesian. She graduated from Bettendorf High School and attended Brown Mackie College in Bettendorf.

Diane was most recently employed with Cooper Janitorial. She enjoyed watching movies and the Chicago Cubs, shopping and good food, especially Mexican food. Diane will be remembered as kind and compassionate with a heart of gold. She was funny and fun-loving and loved the time spent with her family and friends.

Honoring her memory are her children, Tyler Madesian of Denver, Colorado and Reagan Swanson of Bettendorf; her mother, Karen Madesian of Bettendorf; her siblings, Douglas (Lisa) Madesian of Davenport, Daniel Madesian of Bettendorf, Annette Lane of Portland, Oregon, Arthur Madesian Jr. of Apex, North Carolina, Charles (DeAnna) Madesian of Davenport and Joseph Madesian of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; her godfather, John Lavelle of Bettendorf; her special friend and Reagan's father, Dean Swanson of Bettendorf; her dog, Doodles; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur; her brother, Thomas John Madesian; her godmother, Martha Lavelle; her canine nephew, Lexus; and her feline pets, Jewels, Cooper and Dexter.
