Family Horse Kills a Girl.
Miss Ollie May, the eighteen-year-old daughter of Thomas May, a Long Grove farmer, met with a terrible death. The girl was kicked to death by the family horse. Returning from a drive, the young woman put her horse in the barn. The animal had always been considered gentle, but for some unexplained reason it turned upon her and kicked her savagely, knocking her down and trampling her to death beneath its hoofs.
