Parker Marie Franks, 16 weeks, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Trinity Terrace Park, Bettendorf. Celebration of Life Services will be held, Monday, July 15, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Weerts Funeral Home, Kimberly at Jersey Ridge, Davenport. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport, immediately following funeral service.

Parker was born in March, 2013 in Bettendorf, IA to Malinda and Kevin Franks.

In addition to her parents, Parker is survived by her sister, Meganne; maternal grandparents Cheryl and Joseph Ramirez; paternal grandparents, Bernadine and Henry Franks; maternal great grandparents, Margaret Marler and Victoria Ramirez; paternal great grandparent Mattie Lee Franks; aunt, Deneane Franks; uncles, Joe Ramirez, Jr., and Aaron Stockstell and a host of other family members.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Myriah Franks.

The family requests that those attending the visitation or service, please wear something yellow in remembrance of Parker.
