Lohrman

Mrs. Charles Lohrman passed away at the St. Luke's hospital this morning at 11:30 o'clock after an illness of two months' duration.

The deceased was born April 8, 1885, on the Clapp homestead, a mile north of Eldridge, and came to Davenport with her parents in 1898. On June 22, 1910, she was united in marriage to Charles Lohrman at Davenport. During her life she was a member of the First Christian church, and took an active part in the work of the Sunday school, and the missionary societies. She was affiliated with the Davenport Chapter, Order of Eastern Star No. 178, and a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.

Surviving are her husband, two sons, Robert and Harold, all of Davenport, one sister, Mrs. Anna Marriott of Los Angeles, and four brothers, Samuel of Perry, Iowa, Charles and David Clapp of Long Grove and Dr. A. B. Clapp of Muscatine.

Funeral services will be held from the First CHristian church Sunday after noon at 2 o'clock. The interment at Oakdale cemetery will be in charge of the Davenport Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, No. 178.
