Obituary.

Hamilton

Mrs. Blanch Hamilton, 50, died at 10:58 p.m. Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alvina Ritcheson, 1816 Rockingham road, after an illness of one year.

Mrs. Hamilton was born in Greenville, Mich., March 8, 1879. She came to Davenport in 1916, residing here since, and she was married to Jerome Hamilton in 1924. She was a member of the Salvation Army.

Surviving besides the widower are one daughter, Mrs. Alvina Ritcheson of Davenport; two step-daughters, Mrs. Thomas Brown and Miss Thelma Hamilton of Davenport; one brother, William Thomas of Rockford, Ill; and two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Thorpe and Mrs. Florence Straher of Rockford.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Runge chapel with burial in Oakdale cemetery.
