Jerry Coulter

Jerry D. Coulter, 44, of R.R. 2 Utah Ave., Davenport died Monday at Mercy Hospital after an extended illness.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Davenport Memorial Park.

Runge Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

He was employed 19 years at W. G. Block Co., Davenport.

Mr. Coulter married Carol Mullanix in 1964 in Cambridge, Ill.

He was a member of Teamsters Local 371.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Ronda Coulter, Carrie O'Leary and Sherry and Tom Coffman; and sons, Allen and Brian, all of Davenport; three grandchildren; his mother, Jane Coulter, Davenport; a sister, Phyllis Zinkula, Iowa City; and brothers, Eugene Butler, Davenport and John Coulter, Cordova.
