Mrs. Julia Conway, nee McDonnell, 85, died this morning at 8:10 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. P. J. McDonnell, 224 East Thirteenth street.

She was born in County Mayo, Ireland, in 1836, and came to America in 1852, settling in Indiana, whence she removed to Iowa in 1855. She came to Davenport in 1913, and has since resided here. She was married on May 5, 1864, to Daniel Conway, who preceded her in death four years ago.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. A. T. Coughlin, and Mrs. P. J. McDonnell, and one son, Alex Conway, all of Davenport, and seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at an hour and place to be announced later.

The Conway Funeral.

The funeral of Mrs. Julia Conway will be held from the home of the daughter, Mrs. P. J. McDonnell, 224 East Thirteenth street, Wednesday morning at 7:45, with services at 8:15 in Sacred Heart cathedral. Burial will be in Toronto, Iowa, cemetery.
