DAVENPORT -- Michael D. Martzahn, of Davenport, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004, at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus, Davenport. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 5, 2004, in the chapel at Pine Hill Cemetery in Davenport. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, is assisting the family with arrangements. Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Denise Martzahn, Davenport; his sister, Carolyn Cunningham, Audobon, Iowa; his brother, John Martzahn, Davenport; and his step-brother, Jim Connell, Davenport.
