Death of Virgie Glendenning

Funeral services for Martha Virginia (Virgie) GLENDENNING were held yesterday afternoon from the Rhoades Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. W. P. GAUER. Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Miss GLENDENNING, a native of Ringgold county, died Monday [January 11, 1965] in the Ringgold County Hospital at the age of 88 years.

She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Walter [Luella] HARDEN, Mrs. Grace GARTIN and Mrs. Clay DENNEY, all of Mount Ayr, other relatives and many friends.

NOTE: The daughter of John S. and Mary C. (SHAFER) GLENDENNING, Virgie was born in Ringgold County, Iowa, on September 23, 1879. ~ SRB
