LONG-TIME RESIDENT of DALLAS SUCCUMBS
MRS. F. H. WHITE
Mrs. Fred H. WHITE, 55, long-time resident of Dallas, died Sunday at her home, 4404 Mockingbird Parkway, after a three-month illness.
Mrs. WHITE, a native of Iowa, had been in the cleaning business [Summit Dry Cleaning] with her husband here for the last twenty-four years.
She is survived by her husband, a daughter, Mrs. [Mattie] Clarence CALLOWAY; a son, Henry C. WHITE; four grandchildren; a brother, A. C. HUTCHISON, Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Mrs. Mattie BRYSON, Mrs. Laura FRAZIER, and Mrs. M. E. CAIN of Ferris.
Funeral services will be held at the residence at 4 p.m. Monday with the Rev. William C. JONES officiating. Burial well be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be J. W. SINGLETON, J. W. SINGLETON, Jr., Tommie SINGLETON, Milton J. LOEB, Hershel DAVIS, and I. D. GEETCH.
NOTE: Edith Victoria was born January 19, 1884, Delphos, Ringgold County, Iowa, the daughter of John HUTCHISON (1836-1886) and Martha Elizabeth (BATES) (1845-1921). Edith married 1st on December 24, 1901 at St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri to John Henry RICHA was born September 12, 1881 in Missouri, and died December of 1965, Broward, Florida. Edith's second husband Fred H. WHITE was born in Indiana May 29, 1883.
